Dr Katy Kasraie, Private London GP at The London General Practice, advises not to ignore a persisting hoarse voice:
“A hoarse voice persisting for more than three to four weeks can be sometimes due to gastroesophageal reflux, but can also be from a more sinister cause such a laryngeal cancer.”

Dr Elise Dallas, Private Harley Street GP at The London General Practice, advises not to not abnormal vaginal discharge:
“It is normal to have discharge and this will vary depending on where you are in your cycle. If your discharge changes you need to get it checked out. Green discharge is never a good sign and could indicate an STI. Bacterial vaginosis presents as a non-STI but comes on when the pH of the vagina changes – often with overwashing with soap. It produces a fishy smell that women often ignore and are embarrassed about, so start washing even more, which only makes the problem worse. Thrush is also a non-STI and down to imbalances in the vagina pH and can cause itching and thick white discharge, which can also be easily treated. Remember wash only your vulva with water and never douche.”
