The request will be actioned during clinic hours 09:00 -17:30 Monday to Friday. Please allow 48hrs for request to be completed.
Prescription request is at the discretion of the doctor, who will review your clinical records and if appropriate you might be contacted for further review / Consultation. Prescription fee taken at the request will be deducted from Consultation fee.
If you opt for one time request fee is £58.
