Annual Health Check:
Our Essential Health Screen, which provides an initial comprehensive assessment of your current state of health and wellness.
Essential Health Screen Details
- Well-woman screening
+ Breast examination+ HPV / Cervical smear pap test (if clinically recommended)
+ Contraceptive, pregnancy and menopause advice
+ CA-125 – Ovarian cancer tumour marker (if clinically recommended)
+ Cardiovascular screening - Well-man screening
+ Prostate and testicular examination
+ PSA – Prostate cancer tumour marker (if clinically recommended)
+ Cardiovascular screening - Vital Observations
+ Height and weight – to calculate your BMI
+ Blood pressure
+ Urinalysis
+ ECG
+ Spirometer
+ Vision test – includes colour blindness screening
+ Body composition analysis - Urine Tests

- Referrals if requested to:
+ Dietitian: can help you plan a personalised healthy meal planning for Ramadan, focusing on portion control and balanced nutrition during non-fasting hours.
+ Physical Therapist/ Personal Fitness: Tailored exercise recommendations to help maintain physical activity during fasting.
+ Sleep Specialist: Guidance on optimising sleep quality during Ramadan to ensure adequate rest and energy throughout the month.
- Six Virtual Consultations Per Year: providing you with the reassurance that any time of the day or night, you will have access to one of our primary care physicians.
- Travel Advice Consultation: providing expert guidance on vaccinations, health precautions, and personalised medical recommendations.
- Prescriptions: We arrange world-wide medication delivery through our partner pharmacy on your behalf (Medication and Courier fees charged by Pharmacy).
- Concierge Team Access: Our dedicated team is available to assist with repatriation if necessary, managing both the medical referral and hospitalisation, as well as the logistics of travel.
- Second Opinion Service: Receive a comprehensive review of your case by leading medical experts from the UK (additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of each case).
- Local Medical Care Advisory: Expert guidance to help you source local medical services, ensuring you have access to the best care available wherever you are.

Our Tier 2 Global & Expat Membership provides all of the above but does not include an Essential Health Screen.

- Travel Advice Consultation: providing expert guidance on vaccinations, health precautions, and personalised medical recommendations.
