Our Menopause Treatment Options
The London General Practice menopause service is tailored to the unique health needs of midlife women, acknowledging that this is a critical period when chronic diseases such as osteoporosis, heart disease and cancers can emerge or worsen.
Our aim is to empower women to take charge of their overall health, enhancing long-term well-being, reducing the risk of chronic diseases and improving their quality of life.
Your personalised management plan will be based on your specific needs and preferences. We will offer evidence-based care, including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and non-hormonal treatments as well as addressing lifestyle factors like nutrition, exercise, well-being and sleep.
Here we are working in close collaboration with experts within their field to provide you a 12 week lifestyle programme to be followed by a 3 month review.
YOUR 12 WEEK PROGRAMME will help you set lifestyle goals around movement, exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, weight and smoking, if needed. These goals and your plan will always be bespoke and designed for your own personal circumstances.
