“A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins is one of the answers to a longer lifespan” explains Dr Dallas “It’s essential to listen to your body… I personally make conscious choices to maintain a nutritious diet and try to limit processed foods and excessive sugar or salt intake.”
