Dr Catrin Bevan has been a registered doctor for nearly 35 years and originally qualified from St. Bartholomew’s medical school in 1985. She has worked as a General Practitioner for twenty years, most of which has been in the UK.
In addition to her work in the UK’s NHS, Dr Bevan has also worked in the American hospital in Paris, the Middle East and in Poland for the Red Cross. She was also an emergency doctor and worked in private practice in Bermuda.
From 1999 to 2013 she was a Principle in a large NHS general practice in Surrey. Her particular specialities are inter alia women’s health including teenage problems, contraception, the menopause and psychosexual counselling. Geriatric and palliative care and bereavement counselling are also key interests.
