HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
- 1.Patient Call Forwarding:
During out-of-hours, you can either forward patient calls directly to The London General Practice, or instruct your patients to call +44 (0)20 7935 1000, identifying themselves as your patient. - 2 Doctor Availability:
After a brief triage, the on-call doctor will speak directly with the patient and arrange a home visit or virtual consultation. - 3 Follow-up Reporting:
A detailed summary of the visit will be shared with your practice the following morning, ensuring you are fully informed for any necessary follow-up care.
