Corporate Psychology & Employee Health
October 2024
Occupational Psychology is a branch of psychology that looks at how to improve performance and job satisfaction. Occupational Psychologists work with organisations and individuals to improve employee retention and productivity, through considering mental health needs at individual, team and organisational levels.
The London General Practice psychologists and therapists are experienced at working in corporate environments, providing interventions across systems. Your staff may need access to psychological services quickly, or an intervention that focuses more on cultural behaviour change. In a similar manner to private GP, we are able to offer models which offer therapy services via on-site workplace health centres, or in one of our dedicated health clinics. We can also offer consultations around larger pieces of behaviour change work.
