In a recent article Dr Angela Rai, Private London GP, offers some insight into fatigue and why we can feel tired all of the time.

Fatigue can be caused by a wide range of reasons including poor sleep and stress, vitamin deficiencies and dehydration, to more medical reasons such as diabetes or sleep apnea.
